RETURNING GOODS
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

When returning goods ordered online, please quote your Worldpay transaction id. This can be found on your order transaction id that is emailed to you when your order has been placed.
In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on clothing garments that have been worn. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGING GOODS
If exchanging goods whereby the replacement item costs less than the one you have returned, you will be refunded the difference. When exchanging goods and the new purchase costs more than your original purchase an additional payment is required. The balance (no cash) can either be included with the returned goods and new purchase details or one of our operators will contact you on receipt of your return to obtain the payment balance.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT
Return it to us within 7 days. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Once we have received the goods, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. In most cases, we will not charge you postage and packing for the replacement item.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE ON RETURNED ITEMS
If you are returning goods because they are unsuitable, you are required to pay the return postage cost. The cost of returning unwanted goods will not be reimbursed. If goods are found to be faulty or in the unlikely event you receive incorrect item/s, we will issue a SAE upon request so that you can return the item to us free of charge.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain adequate cover and proof of posting. Refunds will only be given on the receipt of the returned goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND
We normally process returns within 5 working days of receipt, but please allow 30 days for receipt of your refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO STOCK OF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM
We will inform you that we are awaiting stock and when this is due with us, we will hold your payment and order and despatch as soon as the stock arrives. You may prefer we refund your card and you wait until the stock has arrived, we can do this. We will notify you via email that stock has arrived, you will be required to place your order again. Please note that customers who have not opted for the refund will take preference with stock.
WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY WHEN IT IS DELIVERED
Return it to us within 7 days and we will either replace the goods or credit you, whichever you prefer.
WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE ON RETURNED FAULTY ITEMS
If goods are found to be faulty, contact us at onlineshop@ipcmedia.com or call us on 020 8726 8403. We will issue a SAE upon request so that you can return the item to us free of charge.
CAN I RETURN AN UNWANTED GIFT
Refunds for items bought as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser. We can offer a refund if the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel any payments made by you will be refunded in full normally within 30 days.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
None of this information affects your statutory rights. We are an established UK based company, subject to UK consumer law so dealing with IPC Media shop is completely safe.
OUR GUARANTEE
Stock permitting, all orders placed are usually despatched on the next working day and should arrive to your UK Mainland address within 7 days. This does not apply to items displayed as “out of stock”.
